  4. All images on the MagicClips CD-ROM are copyrighted 1997 by Steve Husting.
  5. All rights reserved. The purchase of this software does not transfer
  6. ownership or rights of the contents to the purchaser. Other brands and
  7. product names are trademarks of their respective holders.

  9. Images on this CD-ROM may be used for non-commercial and commercial use. The
  10. images may be used for non-commercial flyers, magic club newsletters, and
  11. other uses, and commercial uses such as advertising, business cards, logos
  12. and other commercial uses not limited to these examples.

  14. The clipart cannot be sold to others to use as clipart. None may resell the
  15. images, modified or unmodified, nor combined with other images, and publish
  16. the clipart for further use or modification. None may copy the software to
  17. give to another, except as part of a larger work. Nor may the images be
  18. resold in any other form other than electronic, such as film or paper or any
  19. other format. The artist reserves these rights to himself.

  21. The images may reside as clipart in a single computer at a time. Rather than
  22. share images with others, the user should rather advise the other to purchase
  23. their own copy of the MagicClips CD-ROM, thus recompensing the artist, and
  24. allowing the artist to continue his work.

  26. If the user decides the CD-ROM is inadequate for use, or defective in
  27. workmanship, or has other complaints against the MagicClips company or its
  28. owner, the MagicClips company may, according to its own determination, either
  29. (a) refund the purchase price when the CD-ROM is returned, or (b) replace the
  30. CD-ROM with another one. If the user experiences damages allegedly due to the
  31. CD-ROM, the artist will not be held liable. All such issues must be addressed
  32. to Studio Aholiab in writing.
